Annabelle & Co. Architects

Annabelle & Co is a RIBA-chartered architectural practice specialising in luxury residential design. Based in Alderley Edge, Cheshire, the studio works across Cheshire and the UK, with a particular focus on country homes and heritage properties. Its approach centres on atmosphere, emotion and the way people live, shaping homes and places to respond thoughtfully to their setting and purpose.

The practice’s work includes new-build family homes, luxury apartments and the sensitive reimagining of historic estates. Project examples range from a contemporary Cheshire hillside home, arranged around courtyards and framed views, to a restored estate in Oxfordshire designed for work, creativity, celebration and everyday enjoyment. The studio has also created Fairways, a collection of six spacious apartments, each offering approximately 1,800 square feet of living space.

Annabelle & Co shares its projects and ideas through its journal, or Field Notes, and invites prospective clients to arrange an initial conversation. Its work has received recognition, including an award for The Walled Garden at the 2024 Manchester Society of Architects Awards.
