Anna Bogdanova

Anna Bogdanova is a Danish strength-training specialist and body-economics expert focused on helping women build strength through perimenopause, menopause and beyond. With 18 years of experience, she has developed a research-informed method designed to support muscles, bones, energy and everyday capability through short, sustainable workouts. The approach combines elements of weight training, sensory-motor exercise, breathing techniques, exercise as medicine and contemporary pain theory, emphasizing consistency and recovery over long sessions.

Anna’s training and educational content is brought together in STRONG THINGS, a digital strength club for women. Its Daily Lift membership offers one full-body exercise each day, with variations to suit different energy levels. The Full Experience provides structured training collections, workshops, recovery resources and support; programs include Menopause Reset, Everyday Strength and Power Package. Members can access workouts across devices, including through an app.

The brand also offers free exercises, articles translating research into practical guidance, member stories and the podcast What Are You Counting On?! Topics include strength, menopause, stress, bones, pain, metabolism and energy.
