Anna Howes

Anna Howes offers coaching, training, and resources focused on personal transformation and whole-family healing, with particular support for parents and educators. Drawing on more than 25 years of personal and professional experience as a mother, activist, and educator, Anna helps adults build stronger relationships with children and pursue greater peace, connection, and well-being. She is a certified somatic coach through the Embody Lab’s Mind-Body Coaching certification program.
