Annalisa Jackson is a somatic dating and relationship coach who helps women build self-trust, communicate their needs, and make grounded decisions in love. Her approach combines coaching with body-based practices, supporting clients to notice how dating and relationship patterns show up physically and respond with greater clarity rather than falling into overthinking, people-pleasing, or self-doubt. Annalisa offers a 12-week group program, How to Embody Secure Attachment, for women seeking to develop confidence and connection through weekly cohort sessions, somatic exercises, a private community, and coaching resources.

She also provides a three-month, one-to-one somatic coaching program, open to all, with 10 sessions, tailored guidance, and practices between sessions. Both offerings address self-trust, boundaries, and confident communication. Annalisa says her work is shaped by her own experience with somatics and her previous career in peacebuilding and conflict resolution.
