Anna's Rescue

ARC – Anna’s Rescue Centre is a registered charity and cat rescue based in Rumney, Cardiff, South Wales. Established in 2016, it has helped more than 1,200 cats and kittens by rescuing, rehabilitating and rehoming animals that are sick, injured, feral, stray, homeless, abandoned or unwanted.

The centre uses safe, humane equipment to rescue cats, including those in difficult-to-reach locations. Animals receive temporary care at its in-house cattery and adoption centre, while a network of foster carers provides homes for cats and kittens needing extra support or time to adjust to household life. ARC works to match every cat with a suitable, loving forever home and personally home-checks prospective adopters. It also works especially hard to find homes for older cats, as well as kittens.

ARC neuters all adult cats in its care and works with veterinary partners to promote the health benefits of neutering. When it cannot provide assistance directly, it connects people with other charities and support schemes. The centre welcomes adoption enquiries, volunteers and donations.
