The Ann Bancroft Foundation is dedicated to empowering girls to envision and achieve their dreams through a variety of supportive programs and initiatives. Founded by renowned polar explorer Ann Bancroft, the organization focuses on providing grants, mentorship, and development opportunities that inspire and nurture the potential of girl-identifying youth. The foundation envisions a world where every girl has the resources and encouragement to pursue her aspirations.

With a commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion, the Ann Bancroft Foundation actively works to create a community where all members feel valued and respected. Programs such as the Trailblazer Fellowship exemplify their mission to foster dreams and ambitions among girls and women.
