Anne Bernabeu

AB Naturo is the naturopathy practice of Anne Bernabeu, a nutritionist and naturopath based in Marseille. Combining university training in nutrition with postgraduate degrees from the University of Montpellier and the Faculty of Medicine in Aberdeen, Anne has developed a holistic approach grounded in natural methods and ongoing professional learning. Her work focuses on personalized support for health and overall well-being, particularly for people addressing chronic or recurring concerns.

Consultations begin with a detailed review of each client’s health history, diet, sleep, energy, and other aspects of daily life. Based on individual needs, Anne may recommend tailored nutrition and dietary changes, micronutrients, probiotics, herbal products, essential oils, gemmotherapy, or Bach flowers. Her approach can also incorporate lifestyle practices such as reflexology, meditation, yoga nidra, hydrotherapy, and shiatsu.

AB Naturo’s services include naturopathy, nutrition and diet guidance, phytology and supplements, emotional management, stress support, and wellness massage. The practice assists with concerns including digestion, sleep, fatigue, allergies, menstrual health, fertility, pain, weight management, and smoking cessation, offering a comprehensive and progressive wellness program.
