Annette Fortt is a renowned artist based in the Washington DC Metropolitan Area. Born in Memphis, Tennessee, and completing her early education in Memphis and New York City, Annette's passion for art was nurtured from a young age. She holds a Master of Science degree from Memphis State University (now the University of Memphis) and a Master of Fine Arts degree from Pratt Institute.
