Players take charge of a football club and make decisions across the day-to-day and strategic aspects of management, including training, team line-ups, tactics, transfers, the stadium and fan matters.

The game offers a broad competition, with more than 2,000 clubs across 52 European countries. Managers continue the work of their predecessors and compete in league matches on Saturdays, while national and international cup competitions take place on Wednesdays. Matches can be followed through detailed text reports.
