Antifaschistische Linke Freiburg, now known as Gemeinsam Kämpfen - Kommunistische Gruppe Freiburg, is a politically active group established in 2009, focusing on antifascism and social justice in Freiburg. Through a dedicated effort that has evolved over 14 years, they engage in various initiatives aimed at combating far-right ideologies and promoting inclusive community practices. Their activities include organizing protests against far-right events, such as the recent large-scale demonstrations against the AfD party in Offenburg and hosting lectures on historical and contemporary fascist threats.

They also advocate for affordable housing through participation in the Freiburg Mietebündnis and run the Social Center Freiburg to foster community engagement. Regular Open Antifa Meetings encourage public participation and discussion on pressing social issues. With a strong commitment to activism, they aim to mobilize communities against oppression and advocate for a just and equitable society.

Their current initiatives reflect a strategic reorientation, reinforcing their commitment to collective action and solidarity
