Anvil is a lifesaving and performance training brand offering coaching clinics for athletes who want to develop their skills across ocean, pool, and beach disciplines. Its Lifesaving Summit brings together international coaches and specialists for a week of elite training, learning, competition, and community. Ocean sessions cover swimming, board and ski events, surf race, and ocean skills. Pool training focuses on swimming technique, speed, endurance, and race performance, while beach coaching develops sprinting, power, and explosiveness.

Participants can choose from several ways to train, including a seven-day full Anvil experience, a training-only pass, a three-day intensive, or a one-day pass. The programme also offers ocean-only and beach-only training, as well as pool-specific sessions. Accommodation and catering options are available with the full-week experience.
