About Anxious Minds
Anxious Minds is a mental health support brand that was founded in 2015 by the CEO, who has personal experience with anxiety and depression. Our mission is to improve the mental well-being of individuals in the North East. We believe that people who suffer from mental health issues are often in need of more support, which is why we started this charity.
We aim to connect individuals together and create a supportive community for those seeking help. Our drop-in centers provide a safe and non-judgmental space for individuals to talk about their mental health. We offer a range of services, including counseling, therapy, and support groups, as well as a mental health helpline.
Our flexible and tailored approach ensures that each individual receives support that is specific to their needs. We strive to empower individuals to take control of their own mental well-being and improve their quality of life.
