Rrjeti Kombëtar për të Rinjtë në Shqipëri (National Network for Youth in Albania) is a youth network consisting of representatives from youth forums and youth organizations in civil society at both local and national levels. Established in 2015, the network comes together to consult and take collective actions and initiatives in the interest of all young people, regardless of their political beliefs, economic and social status, sexual orientation, gender identity, abilities, or affiliations they belong to.

The aim of the network is to promote youth rights and youth issues at the local and national levels and increase the engagement and representation of young people in all stages of decision-making and policy-making for young people in Albania. The network also strives to encourage the creation of policies, laws, and programs to support young people in Albania.

Among its objectives are lobbying and advocating for the guarantee and respect of youth rights in the country, increasing youth participation at all levels of decision-making, promoting youth-focused policy development and budgeting with the involvement of young people, empowering youth organizations and young people, and providing resource centers for youth issues at local and national levels.

One of the main goals of the National Network for Youth in Albania is to establish local youth networks and youth advisory boards in every municipality. ANYN will serve as an umbrella for each of these local youth networks. The Youth Advisory Boards will function as advisory and informational structures to strengthen participation, information, and counseling on the policies and decisions of the Municipal Council with young people.
