About ANZA Singapore
ANZA Singapore is an expat community that has been welcoming newcomers to Singapore since 1948. With over 7000 members, ANZA offers a wide range of sports, events, tours, interest groups, networking opportunities, and volunteering opportunities. The association is known for its strong sense of community and connection, especially for expats who are living away from home and loved ones.
ANZA's membership is diverse and inclusive, welcoming people from all nationalities. Sports have always been at the heart of ANZA, with soccer, tennis, swimming, and more being popular among members. Additionally, ANZA organizes various events throughout the year, including the Great Australia Day BBQ, the ANZA Ball, and the ANZA Melbourne Cup Race Day.
Smaller meet-ups such as book clubs, photography sessions, and mahjong gatherings are also held regularly. ANZA Magazine keeps members updated on ANZA events, tours, classes, and more. Throughout the years, the magazine has evolved, starting as a newsletter and eventually becoming ANZA News, a black and white bound booklet.
