ANZSEE (Australia New Zealand Society for Ecological Economics) is the Australasian chapter of the International Society for Ecological Economics. With the belief that economies are interconnected and reliant on the environment, ANZSEE works alongside ISEE to encourage scientific research in the field of economics, ecology, and related disciplines. Their aim is to promote a better understanding of the outcomes of this research through education, policy analysis, and communication.

ANZSEE plays a vital role in the Australasian region by promoting the knowledge base for the establishment of an ecologically sustainable economy. As a non-profit association, ANZSEE organizes a biennial conference on ecological economics and offers membership to anyone interested in the field. The society also publishes an annual report, submits audited accounts, and is registered to collect Goods and Service Tax (GST).
