AO Alliance is a nonprofit development organization working to improve care for injured people in more than 30 low- and middle-income countries across Africa and Asia. Its mission is to reduce human suffering, disability, and poverty by strengthening local capacity to provide sustainable fracture care. The organization develops and delivers education and training for healthcare workers, supports fellowships, conducts clinical research, and helps develop clinical infrastructure.
