Angels of Light Health Care LLC is a locally owned, APD-enrolled Medicaid waiver provider based in Deltona, serving individuals with developmental disabilities in Volusia County and Central Florida. Since 2009, the agency has supported people enrolled in iBudget Florida or Florida Community Care (FCC), with services provided only when included in an approved service authorization and the individual’s support plan. Its bilingual English- and Spanish-speaking team emphasizes compassion, professionalism, safety, and services tailored to each person’s goals.

Offerings include Personal Supports for daily activities at home and in the community; Respite, providing short-term relief for unpaid primary caregivers of individuals under 21; and Life Skills Development 1 (Companion), with community-based activities that encourage social skills, independence, and participation. Supported Living Coaching helps adults living in their own homes with household management, budgeting, and connections to community resources.

Angels of Light matches individuals with trained, background-screened direct service providers and offers flexible schedules as authorized. The organization also recruits caregivers, offering paid training, flexible shifts, and a supportive bilingual team culture.
