Refuge Apagi

APAGI, the Association for the Protection of Animals of Grenoble and Isère, is an animal refuge in Le Versoud dedicated to caring for abandoned animals and helping them find homes. The association welcomes cats and dogs of different ages and temperaments, including kittens, puppies, adult animals and seniors. Cats available for adoption are identified, sterilised, tested for FeLV and FIV, and vaccinated. Dogs are identified and vaccinated, and most are sterilised. Prospective adopters can arrange to meet the animals at the refuge by appointment.

APAGI also invites the public to support its work through financial or material donations, volunteering, fostering, and sponsorship. Its website provides information about the refuge, its team, how the association operates, and the animals in its care. A solidarity boutique and fundraising events, including open days and a charity canicross, help engage the community and support the refuge. APAGI shares news through social media and works with partners to promote adoption and a more positive view of refuge animals.
