About APAJH Guadeloupe
APAJH Guadeloupe is an association serving adults and young people with disabilities in Guadeloupe. It provides a range of services and support through specialist facilities and programmes established over several decades. Its activities include ESAT Alizé, operating since 1985, and ESAT Horizon, established in 2002, as well as a medical residential home that has been in operation since 1990.
The association also offers vocational and social support through its CPO UEROS programme, its CFAG centre, and the SAISPAJH service. Its Service d’Accompagnement Comportemental Spécialisé (SACS), launched in 2014, provides specialised behavioural support. APAJH Guadeloupe also operates the SMJPM service and workshops, and shares information and resources through its website.
Alongside service updates and organisational news, the association features a photothèque and creative work, including galleries, poems and paintings. Its work is supported by a governing board and a network of staff and collaborators, with initiatives that include measures to help limit the spread of COVID-19
