About APAP
APAP is the Association of Performing Arts Professionals, dedicated to supporting and promoting the performing arts industry. With a mission to strengthen and advance the field, APAP offers a range of programs and resources for artists, presenters, and industry professionals. Membership with APAP provides access to a comprehensive directory of artists, visa assistance, and valuable networking opportunities through affinity groups and events.
The organization also offers leadership and career advancement programs, including the Emerging Leadership Institute and the Leadership Fellows Program. APAP's year-round programs include the Arts Compensation Project, which provides valuable data on compensation in the performing arts field, and the National Dance Presenters Forum, supporting the dance community. In addition, APAP's ArtsForward Grants Program funds projects that build ethical and equitable partnerships in the arts.
