APCM (Associação de Paralisia Cerebral da Madeira) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting individuals with cerebral palsy and related conditions. APCM also operates a Center for Activities and Capacitation for Inclusion (CACI), which addresses the disadvantages faced by individuals with disabilities by offering tailored programs. Additionally, they run a residential facility for young adults with disabilities who require support. Alongside these services, APCM engages the community through projects like Rádio Ritmo and Contadores de Histórias, fostering awareness and inclusion.
