Amicale des Plongeurs de l’Esterel (APE) is a scuba-diving association based in Fréjus, France. The club brings together divers for training, underwater exploration, marine-life education, and social activities. Its program includes courses for children and adults, with training options covering beginner and advanced levels, Nitrox, rescue and first aid, and underwater biology. The association also offers practical sessions and sea outings for both learners and experienced divers; its marine-biology Level 1 course combines ten theory sessions with four dives.
