APECOM, the Portuguese Association of Advisory Companies in Communication and Public Relations, is a business association founded in 1989 to represent Portugal’s communication and public relations consulting sector. It brings together 33 companies, which account for more than 60% of the sector’s turnover and employment, according to research covering 121 companies. APECOM works to encourage the exchange of ideas and knowledge, strengthen the standing of its members and their work, and support the sector’s development in Portugal and abroad.
