About Apeirons
Apeirons is a non-governmental organization that advocates for the interests of people with disabilities. Their main priorities include accessible environmental development, diversification of social services, employment, public awareness, voluntary work, and education. Apeirons aims to create a safe and inclusive environment for everyone, promoting the idea of cinema as a collective and accessible experience.
They collaborate with the RIGA IFF film festival to provide a safer and more accessible environment for individuals with various disabilities. Additionally, Apeirons produces a show called "Pāreja" which is now available on ReTV, offering a captivating perspective on societal diversity. They also support the promotion of disability acceptance and accessibility in Latvia's film industry through the production of an absurd short film titled "Slima suņa murgi".
