The Portuguese Association for Music Education (APEM) is a nonprofit cultural and professional association with public utility status, dedicated to promoting music education in Portugal. It supports music teachers and the wider education community through professional development, educational resources, publications, and opportunities to exchange ideas. Its training centre offers courses and workshops, while national meetings and conferences bring together people involved in music education.
