The Apex Invitational Golf Tournament is an annual four-day homecoming event held in Truro, Nova Scotia. Founded in 1974 and organized by the Apex Invitational Golf Association committee, Apex brings together golfers, families, friends, and spectators to celebrate golf, community, and the history of the Black community of Colchester County. The tournament welcomes more than 100 golfers each year from across Canada and the United States, while hundreds of additional visitors come to reconnect and enjoy the festivities.
Alongside the golf tournament, the event has included social gatherings such as a Friday night dance and a Saturday banquet and dance.
