Apfelfuchs is a child health and nutrition education brand offering practical guidance to help families support children’s health from the very beginning. Founded by a pediatrician and mother of two, it combines professional expertise with an understanding of everyday parenting, sharing information in an approachable, non-judgmental way. Its aim is to help parents build confidence, recognize when they can manage common concerns at home, and know when to seek medical care.

Apfelfuchs offers practical workshops on topics such as nutrition during pregnancy and breastfeeding, childhood fever, and deciding when a child needs medical attention. Services also include pediatric and nutrition medicine courses, nutrition consultations billed under the German medical fee schedule (GOÄ), and training for professionals. The brand develops talks, health days, workplace health promotion, and tailored collaborations with organizations such as schools and childcare centers. Sessions may feature hands-on activities, examples, or tastings to make balanced eating easier to understand and apply. Apfelfuchs also contributes through articles and scientific collaboration, with formats tailored to each project and audience.
