About APIC
Associação Portuguesa de Intervenção Cardiovascular (APIC) is a specialized association of the Portuguese Society of Cardiology, headquartered in Lisbon. This reputable association, established in 2010, plays a crucial role in promoting various scientific activities in the field of Interventional Cardiology. With a focus on ethics, transparency, competence, and inclusion, APIC is dedicated to the training and development of new generations in the field of Interventional Cardiology.
It fosters research, maintains and advances its National Registry of Interventional Cardiology, collaborates with national and international counterparts, and advocates for the allocation of resources necessary to ensure universal and equitable access to percutaneous intervention techniques.
