APICTE, the Association for the Collective Inclusion of All Children, is a French nonprofit founded in November 2012. Based in Alsace, it creates and manages innovative micro-crèches designed to welcome young children together, including children with disabilities, illnesses, or social difficulties. Its central commitment is to reserve one in every three places for a child with a disability, subject to available space and the support appropriate to that child’s needs.

APICTE aims to reduce exclusion and promote early social participation while respecting each child’s need for medical or specialist care. Its crèches are intended as educational, social environments rather than treatment facilities, with teams that support families and help connect children with specialist services when needed. Professionals may coordinate with the crèche, and space can be made available for individual sessions or activities within the group, as appropriate.

The association also develops projects, training, information, and research related to early childhood and social inclusion. It encourages regular communication and organized meetings among parents, educators, directors, and specialist professionals.
