About Asia Pacific Leaders Malaria Alliance
The Asia Pacific Leaders Malaria Alliance (APLMA) is a coalition of Asian and Pacific heads of government who are dedicated to accelerating progress against malaria and eliminating it in the region by 2030. APLMA works to ensure that people across the region, even in the most remote areas, can live free of this historic disease. The Leaders have developed the APLMA Leaders' Roadmap, a comprehensive plan to achieve their goal, which includes six essential priorities.
APLMA collaborates with the Asia Pacific Malaria Elimination Network (APMEN) to mobilize innovations and tailored solutions, focusing on serving the most vulnerable communities. The Board of Directors provides high-level oversight and governance, while the APLMA-APMEN Secretariat translates evidence into policy change and supports leadership collaboration. APLMA is actively seeking candidates and suppliers with expertise to strengthen their work towards malaria elimination.
