apnOe

With 13 years of experience, the school teaches the Molchanovs system, welcoming learners from beginner level through to instructor training. Its approach combines structured instruction with a community atmosphere and personal attention.

Beginners can take pool courses at three locations in the Czech Republic, while more experienced freedivers can join depth courses and training events at Deepspot in Poland, described by the school as Europe’s deepest pool. apnOe.space also organizes courses, training camps and diving opportunities in Dahab, a well-known freediving destination. Its expeditions range from tropical locations to areas beyond the Arctic Circle, with an emphasis on ethical practice.

For those seeking a professional path, the school offers instructor courses designed to help participants begin a freediving teaching career. Its online shop features apnOe-branded merchandise and Alchemy freediving equipment. Through its courses, trips and training activities, apnOe.space serves both newcomers and dedicated freedivers.
