Apocalypse Coffee Roasters

Apocalypse Coffee Roasters is a family-owned coffee company based in Melbourne, Florida, founded around a commitment to better-tasting, responsibly sourced coffee. It roasts certified organic beans in small batches, using carefully developed profiles to bring out each coffee’s character. The company emphasizes traceability, fair payment for farmers, and eco-friendly practices, including compostable packaging and a carbon-neutral roastery. Its approach is straightforward: organic coffee without synthetic additives, unnecessary jargon, or pretension.

Apocalypse offers whole-bean coffee for online purchase and delivery, with blends and roasts including The Antidote, Armageddon, Anti-Matter, The Bomb, and The Uprising. Flavor profiles range from caramel and chocolate to cocoa, toffee, and vanilla. The business also operates cafes in Melbourne and West Melbourne, where visitors can enjoy coffee and other menu offerings. The brand grew from a family-run coffee lounge and music venue, with roasting shaped by years of hands-on experimentation. Apocalypse Coffee Roasters brings together precision roasting, welcoming cafes, and a family-led identity for customers seeking fresh organic coffee.
