Apollo Care Alliance

Apollo Care is a national alliance of not-for-profit aged care communities, focused on helping older Australians continue living in regional and remote towns close to the people and places they love. It partners with stand-alone providers facing a challenging operating environment, offering management expertise and operational support designed to help communities remain viable and thrive while preserving their local identity.

Rather than operating through a traditional central head office, Apollo Care uses a cloud-based model that equips local managers with industry specialists, live data, insights and a road map for improvement. Its work includes strengthening governance, supporting operational efficiency, investing in technology to enhance care delivery and resident experience, and refurbishing resident spaces to feel more like home. The alliance also provides an employee wellbeing program and guidance in care quality and compliance.

Each participating community retains its name, brand and constitution, with local people remaining on its board. Apollo Care places residents at the centre of its approach, supporting individual needs, dignity, interests, routines and connections.
