About Appargentina
Welcome to APP! We are the Association for the Analysis of Public Policies, a Civil Association based in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Our focus is on researching and raising awareness about public policies related to arms violence, arms control, and ammunition, with a gender perspective. Through our research, awareness campaigns, and advocacy, we address the issue of firearms in relation to various social problems such as gender-based violence, lack of development, and more.
At APP, we believe in peace and security for human development. Our mission is to contribute to the disarmament and human security through evidence-based policy recommendations. We aim to create a safer and more equal society by promoting policies that address the root causes of violence and inequality.
