Appetit

Aptit is an online fitness and wellness club operated by Tat Ideh Paydar, offering flexible access to exercise, nutrition guidance, and healthy-living support. Its app lets members work out at home or wherever they are, with classes ranging from five to 50 minutes and options for different fitness levels, schedules, and equipment needs. The program features 12 styles, including yoga, Pilates, meditation, breathing exercises, strength and cardio training, HIIT, mobility, and corrective workouts.

Specialized sessions address goals and needs such as fat loss, flexibility, back-pain relief, and exercise during pregnancy or menstruation. Aptit also provides personalized meal plans designed by nutrition professionals according to each member’s metabolism, body needs, and goals. Dietary options include Mediterranean, gluten-free, vegan, vegetarian, high-protein, and ketogenic plans.

Users can choose a subscription, complete a short questionnaire, and begin training through the app, which is available for mobile devices and smart TVs. Aptit welcomes beginners and experienced exercisers, and advises members with injuries or specific health conditions to consult its support team and follow appropriate medical guidance before exercising
