Apple Rehab

Apple Rehab is a post-acute rehabilitation and care provider serving communities across Connecticut and Rhode Island. With 21 locations, the organization offers programs designed around each resident’s individual needs, with the goal of supporting recovery, wellness, and independence.

Its short-term rehabilitation services include physical, occupational, and speech-language therapy, supported by skilled care and physician-directed programs. Apple Rehab also provides long-term care in comfortable accommodations, as well as memory care in a safe, secure setting. Specialized services include cardiac and pulmonary care, tracheostomy care, and Total Parenteral Nutrition, with 24-hour nursing care and respiratory services for residents who need them.

Additional areas of care include respite services, orthopedic rehabilitation, stroke recovery, post-surgical recovery, diabetes care, IV therapy, pain management, Parkinson’s management, wound care, and hospice care.
