AppleKids Day Nurseries provides childcare and early years education for children aged three months to four years. Established in 2013, the family-built organisation operates nurseries in Birmingham and Hall Green, with a Solihull location planned to open in January 2027. Its settings aim to give children welcoming places to explore, learn and thrive, with an approach inspired by nature and supported by attentive care.

AppleKids offers flexible childcare designed to accommodate the varied needs of family life. The organisation also provides a Parent Promise, a package of policies that includes first-aid-trained staff, flexible application of 15- and 30-hour funding for children under three, and settling-in sessions over the two weeks before a child’s plan begins. Families may also access occasional late pick-ups without penalties and free additional sessions during quieter periods.

AppleKids highlights ongoing staff training and collaboration with parents in children’s learning. Its nurseries are located on Stratford Road in Hall Green and Showell Green Lane in Birmingham, with a further site on Lode Lane in Solihull planned.
