About AppleOak FibreWorks
AppleOak FibreWorks is a natural dyeing company located in Co. Clare, Ireland. We are proud to operate as a circular economy business, committed to sustainable and eco-friendly practices.
Our dyeing process utilizes harvested rainwater, and all dye water is recycled through engineered reed-bed and plant-bed systems. We take pride in composting all our natural dye matter in a wormery, creating rich organic compost. Visitors and tours are welcome to visit our studio by appointment or during our Open Wednesdays from 9am-4pm.
At AppleOak FibreWorks, we are passionate about all things natural. Jennifer, the Maker and Dyer, specializes in plant dyes and is supported by Tristan, who provides practical solutions and order. Together, they are dedicated to expanding the business sustainably and sourcing and growing dye plants in Ireland.
