App Market Index is an independent, non-commercial project that organizes publicly observable information about the Wix App Market. Its platform helps users discover and compare Wix apps and developers, explore marketplace data, and access historical context beyond the standard App Market experience. The index tracks app listings, developer portfolios, and preserved review records, including some apps that have since been delisted.

Visitors can browse apps and developers, review listing and marketplace snapshots, and explore information intended to make smaller and newer offerings easier to find. The project also preserves available historical listing and review states, supporting a broader understanding of how marketplace information changes over time. App Market Index is currently in Public Alpha, with its core catalog and review context available while deeper analytics continue to develop.

Planned capabilities include independent app and developer evaluation, contextual indicators, analysis of categories, trends, portfolios and review behavior, and visual exploration of marketplace relationships
