Thanks to the know-how acquired in over 25 years of activity in the field of rubber gaskets moulding, we are able to meet the requirements of any kind of customer and to satisfy the needs of countless application sectors. 3500 square meters of production area, 13 injection moulding machines and a highly specialized staff. In APR S.r.l. we are dedicated to the production of high performance industrial gaskets. We produce rubber gaskets designed to prevent unwanted leakage of fluids or gases, hermetic and longlasting, tested for mechanical sealing, as well as elastic and resistant, able to withstand pressure and crushing of different severity. The experience acquired in the production of gaskets, allow us to guarantee quality and efficiency on any production volume, making the production very scalable. We also offer a complete design service. We support the customer in consulting for the entire production chain, from the design to the prototype through the choice of rubber compounds and moulds designed on request. In APR S.r.l. the high Italian handcraft has successfully met the demand of an international market, mainly European. The excellence of the management of our production process has been recognized by the UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 certification. Furthermore, in 2024 we obtained the IATF 16949 certification; a specific quality standard for the automotive industry. The compounds used, always traceable in every phase of the production cycle, are certified according to the main homologations: EN549, EN549 (Gas) H2 B2, EN549 (Gas) H3 A2, EN549 (Gas) H3 B2, EN549 (Gas) H2 E2 and UBA.
