However, there is always room for improvement. By working together, we can achieve better results, especially in terms of the quality of plastic packaging recycling. Sometimes plastic recycling is compromised due to contamination by foreign fractions like organic waste, paper, or Tetrapak.
Aprica educates on how to recycle plastic correctly to give waste a new life. Items like bottles, jars, packaging, and bubble wrap can be recycled in the plastic collection, while items like pens, kitchen tools, rubber tubes, disposable gloves, and toys should be disposed of properly. To maintain the quality of recyclable material, it's crucial not to mix biodegradable compostable waste, organic residues, paper, clothing, or Tetrapak with plastic.
