Apricity Restaurant

Apricity is a Michelin Green Star restaurant in Mayfair, London, led by chef-owner Chantelle Nicholson. Its approach combines seasonal British fine dining with conscious cooking and regenerative hospitality, aiming to create memorable meals that benefit both people and the planet. The kitchen champions produce at its peak, sourced from small-scale farms, foraged ingredients, regeneratively farmed meat and sustainably caught fish from UK waters. Low-waste practices, circular design and care for the restaurant team are central to its commitment to sustainability.

Guests can choose from an à la carte menu and tasting menus, including dedicated plant-based dishes alongside meat and fish options. The drinks offering features low-intervention wines, English wines, seasonal, low-waste cocktails and non-alcoholic choices. Apricity also welcomes families with a Culinary Kids Tasting Menu and offers private dining for celebrations, corporate functions and group gatherings.
