A Priori Distribution

A Priori Distribution is a premier distributor dedicated to providing specialty foods that exemplify true craftsmanship. Founded by a passionate cheesemonger who recognized a gap in the market for craft chocolate, A Priori has expanded its offerings well beyond chocolate. The brand focuses on delivering high-quality products, including exquisite bitters, botanicals, tinned fish, and a selection of cheeses and salumi, exclusively in the Western U.

S. A Priori is committed to upholding Old World traditions in food preparation and sourcing. Each product undergoes a rigorous vetting process, involving blind tastings to ensure that only those with exceptional quality and ingredient provenance are included in their catalog.

Customers can explore A Priori’s curated selection through their convenient online catalogs. With a steadfast dedication to quality and craftsmanship, A Priori Distribution stands out as a trusted name for culinary enthusiasts seeking the finest specialty foods
