A Propos De Lieu is an interior architecture and design studio led by Théo Vynckier, serving clients across Nord-Pas-de-Calais, the Paris region and Belgium. Based in Roubaix, the studio works with both private clients and professionals to create distinctive, practical spaces tailored to their needs, lifestyle and identity. Its services include interior design, space planning, bespoke layouts, 3D plans and visualisations, and support from initial concepts through project completion.
The team works on new-build projects, renovations, extensions and custom constructions, as well as the rehabilitation of existing properties. Projects range from houses, villas, lofts and apartments to offices, restaurants, shops and other commercial spaces. A Propos De Lieu combines functionality with considered aesthetics, aiming to make the most of each space while creating an elegant, lasting atmosphere.
With a particular interest in atypical interiors, the studio helps clients transform unusual places into individual environments. Its work is available locally around Villeneuve d’Ascq, Arras, Valenciennes and Marcq-en-Barœul, as well as remotely to suit clients’ needs
