About Alliance of Pooled Trusts
The Alliance of Pooled Trust (APT) is a brand dedicated to addressing the unique challenges of the Pooled Trust industry and connecting Pooled Special Needs Trust (PSNT) providers. Their mission is to foster communication and provide education to PSNT providers, establishing and maintaining best practices for the communities they serve. The vision of APT is to create a world where all pooled trusts adhere to these best practices, ensuring exceptional services for individuals with disabilities.
APT operates at both regional and national levels, with chapters corresponding to the 10 Social Security Administration and Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services regions. Each cohort collaborates to tackle region-specific challenges, while also periodically convening as a national organization.
