APU MeWe is a student-centered collaboration called APU Mental Wellness that aims to address the pressing issue of mental health among students in Japan, particularly at Ritsumeikan Asia Pacific University. Recognizing the challenges and stress that university life can bring, APU MeWe offers a supportive environment where students can open up about their unsolved feelings and seek help. The organization strives to break the stigma and misconceptions surrounding mental health, promoting good health and well-being as outlined in Sustainable Development Goal 3.
