Divecenter Aqua Explorers is an SSI dive center based in Schoonebeek, serving Drenthe and the wider northern Netherlands. It welcomes people taking their first breaths underwater as well as experienced divers seeking further training and new adventures. The center offers introductory dives, including indoor and outdoor Try Scuba experiences, and SSI courses from Open Water Diver through advanced specialties and professional qualifications such as Divemaster and Assistant Instructor. Training emphasizes clear guidance, safety and confidence in the water.
Aqua Explorers also supports divers beyond the classroom. Its services include equipment rental, professional inspections of steel and composite diving cylinders, cylinder filling, and equipment repair and maintenance. The dive shop sells diving equipment and accessories, with personal advice for beginners and experienced divers. Customers can explore dive locations and take part in the center’s active dive team, which organizes club dives, training, events and underwater outings in the Netherlands and abroad.
