AquaCours

AquaCours is an aquatic fitness and swimming provider based in La Ciotat, serving adults, seniors, children and babies across nearby areas including Cassis, Aubagne, Saint-Cyr-sur-Mer and parts of Marseille. Its activities take place in a heated outdoor pool in La Ciotat, with some swimming lessons also offered in an indoor pool in Aubagne, as well as coaching at clients’ homes.

The programme includes four aquagym formats: Santé for gentle, adapted exercise; Tonic for faster-paced fitness; Performance for intense training; and Stretching for physical and mental recovery. AquaCours also offers aquabike sessions, including small-group classes, and mixed water-and-land circuit training. Swimming services range from baby swimming and aquatic discovery for children aged three to six to private and group lessons for people seeking to improve their swimming skills.

Led by coach Jean-Pascal, the business also provides aquatic and strength coaching, pool supervision, training and event services, and pool privatisation. Its approach emphasizes fitness, wellbeing and adapted exercise, including for people with chronic conditions or recovering from injury.
