Aqua-Fit Zürioberland

Aqua-Fit & Pilates Zürioberland GmbH offers water-based fitness and Pilates classes in the Zurich Oberland, Switzerland. Its Aqua-Fit sessions combine deep-water running, supported by a buoyancy belt, with water exercises to promote general fitness. Led by an experienced, professional team, classes provide varied, energetic full-body workouts set to music, with instructors adapting to participants’ abilities and needs.

The program is designed for a broad range of people, from younger to older participants, beginners and those less accustomed to swimming, recreational exercisers, and performance-focused athletes. Alongside physical conditioning and body awareness, the company emphasizes the enjoyment and social connection of exercising in a group. Aqua-Fit classes are available at four indoor pool locations: Bäretswil, Hinwil, Pfäffikon ZH, and Wiesendangen.

The company also offers Pilates, described as age-independent full-body training focused on strengthening deeper muscle groups. Prospective participants can arrange a trial session to experience the classes. Through its range of guided programs, Aqua-Fit & Pilates Zürioberland aims to make regular exercise engaging, accessible, and supportive of general wellbeing.
