Aquahaus-Gaus

Aquahaus Gaus is a family-operated ornamental fish breeding and aquarium business based in Wasenberg, Hesse, Germany. With 30 years of experience, the company raises fish in a 3,500-square-metre facility containing around 3,000 aquariums, with a particular focus on Malawi Lake and other East African cichlids. Its range also includes selected imported fish, such as South and Central American cichlids, catfish, tetras, barbs, livebearers, and many other aquarium species.

Customers can shop online for fish, aquarium plants, food, water-care products, treatments, tanks, filters, heaters, décor, and other accessories. The business emphasizes healthy, well-acclimated fish, professional care, and animal welfare, and operates under an authorization pursuant to Germany’s Animal Welfare Act. Live fish are shipped by express delivery to customers across Europe, while local collection is available at its Wasenberg location.

Aquahaus Gaus also offers specialist advice and promotes its own sinking cichlid food. Its website provides current stock and offers, along with information about the breeding facility, ordering, and delivery
